Ural Airlines Check-In and Boarding

Passengers can check-in the Ural Airlines flights using three different ways:

1. Airport Counter Check In

2. Online Check In

3. Self-service Check In using Kiosks

Check-In Cut-off Times at Airport

Ural Airlines recommends arriving at the airport 1.5 hours and 3 hours before flight time for domestic and international flights respectively. The cut-off time for completing the check-in for both domestic and international flights is 40 minutes (exceptions below).

Ural Airline Kiosk Check In

This facility is available for passengers departing from Moscow airport (Domodedovo airport). The passenger shall have the Ural Airline e-ticket.

Self check-in opening time is 23 hours before and remains open up to 1 hour before the flight departure time.

Ural Airline Online Check In

Opening and closing times of online or web check-in of Ural Airline depends on nature of flights.

For direct scheduled flights, online check-in opens 23 hours before and closes 4 hours before flight departure time. Exceptions are flights from Ekaterinburg, Moscow, Chita, Saint-Petersburg, Samara, Khabarovsk, Nizhny Novgorod and Orenburg where online check-in closes 1 hour before scheduled departure of flights.

For charter, transit and multi-leg flights, online check-in opens 6 hours, 12 hours and 12 hours (first leg only) before flight.

Passengers ineligible for online check in

Unaccompanied minors

Passengers requiring special assistance, such as on stretchers, reduced mobility, audio/visual impaired, with guide dogs

Passengers with pets

Carrying weapons and ammunition

In cases where there is a need for documentary verification at check-in counter at airport.

Boarding Pass

Boarding pass shall be taken in print-out format at the airport. Some airport kiosks do provide the facility of printing out the boarding passes.

Boarding pass is not available for passengers travelling with the infants. In such instances, passenger can take the print out of the check-in information and this would be exchanged with the agent at departure airport.

Check-in baggage and online check in

If you are carrying a check in luggage or having a cabin baggage that exceeds permitted weight and size, then online check in can be done and, in addition to it, you have to drop off check in luggage at the designated box or at check in counter.

How to do Online Check-in on Ural Airline Website?

1. Select the city name

2. Enter the details of order number, e-ticket number, Date of Birth, First and Last name, ID number, Birth Certificate and document expiration date.

Please note that the First and the Last names are to be entered in Roman (Latin) letters.
