BIG is the frequent flyer or loyalty program of AirAsia. The flyers are offered BIG card which is also a prepaid payment card. BIG Points are earned whenever this card is used for spending on VISA accepted merchants, BIG partners, hotels, car rentals, groceries, online shopping, etc. The BIG Points earned are 1 BIG Point for RM2 when used on VISA accepting outlets and the double of it when used at some other places.

These points can be redeemed for free flights, online shopping, entertainment, holidays and a range of other activities.
