OPEN is the frequent flyer program of flydubai. 

The OPEN reward points earned are based on every dollar spent. 

Joining the OPEN Program

Individuals of more than 18 years of age are eligible for joining the OPEN program.

The program can be joined in following ways:

a) Using online registration available at: openrewards.flydubai.com 

b) Calling customer care centre of flydubaion (+971) 600 54 44 45

c) Visiting travel shops

Membership Tiers

There are two tier levels of membership of OPEN program- Tier member and Tier Gold member.

To become a Gold member, required number of tier points (these are different from OPEN points) have to be earned over a period of consecutive 12 months. Tier points are to be earned on booking of flydubai flights without including taxes and fees. 

Earning OPEN points

At least 1 reward point is given for every 1 USD spent on booking of flights, buying extra legrooms, pre-ordered meals, checked baggage and inflight entertainment. Payment made towards taxes and fares are not considered for this purpose. 

You can also earn bonus points- 100% bonus points in Business class and Free to Change economy class fares. Up to 85% bonus points for Pay to Change points. Up to 75% bonus points for special offers. 

OPEN points can also be earned by spending with flydubai partners. 

Points are credited with 24 hours of your earning these. 

Redeeming OPEN points

Redemption of the loyalty rewards points can be done by way of:

• Award Flights
• Flight upgrades
• Extras for the flight

There are no black out dates and no minimum balance of points required.

• Hotels
• Car rental agencies
• Retail brands

Passengers can also add 100% of their points with family members and friends to spend the points. 

5% off on fares when booked tickets via flydubai website. It can be used with other discounts and promotions being availed. Not available on codeshare flights.
