UTair allows you to check-in in three ways:

At the airport counter
Online
At Airport Self-service counter

Check in deadlines are given in table below:

	Domestic	International
Airport Check in	Starts 90 minutes before and up to 40 minutes before scheduled departure time of flight. Exceptions: Vnukovo and Domodedovo Airports check in open 12 hours before departure time. At Surgut airport, opens 24 hrs before flight. Kaliningrad airport check in begins 6 hrs before departure.	Opens 3 hrs before and up to 40 minutes before flight departure time.
Online Check-in	Online check in on airline website begins 24 hrs and closes 1 hour before scheduled departure of flight.
Self-service Check-in	Opens 24 hrs before and up to 45 minutes before flight departure.

Self-service check in facility is available at the following departing cities:

Tyumen
Samara
Nizhny Novgorod
Moscow
Surgut
Belgorod
St.Petersburg
Ufa

Self service check in can be used if you are not having any pets, do not need personal assistance, do not have check in baggage and the hand baggage is within allowance limits. You would need the electronic ticket number, document number and booking reference for using this facility.

In order to cancel the check in, you can make use of the online facility on the website or even call the customer care of airline for this purpose. Online check in can not be cancelled later than 50 minutes before scheduled departure of flights.
