Tigerair Check-In and Boarding

Tigerair allows airport and web check in to its passengers. Web check in facility is provided for select destinations from Changi Airport of Singapore. This facility is not available for passengers with reduced mobility, special needs, Tigerconnect travellers and those who have booked flights using mobile application or call centre. Web check in can be used for Yangon, Dhaka, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. It is available only for departures from Singapore and not for return flights.

Web check-in begins 72 hours before and till 1 hours of the scheduled departure of flight.

There is a separate Web Check In Counter at the Changi Airport where passengers having check in luggage are required to leave their baggage.

Direct-to-Gate facility is provided to passengers who do web check in and are carrying only hand luggage or do not need any visa or other entry requirements.

Please note that the boarding pass needs to be printed for check in.
