Southwest Airlines flies essentially to domestic destinations within USA. It also touches upon some of the cities in neighbouring countries. Flights are operated both nonstop as well as connecting. In numbers, it operates flights to 89 destinations in 42 states of USA and Puerto Rico. Reservation for its first international flights were started only in January 2014 for destinations such as Aruba, Montego Bay, Jamaica and Nassau which will be covered by July 2014 and by end 2014, the international services will be extended to Cancun, Mexico City, Punta Cana and San Jose Caba.
