Free cabin allowance on Air Mauritius depends on the class of travel.
Economy Class passengers are entitled to 1 piece of carry-on luggage of maximum 7 kgs weight and 115 cms in sum of dimensions. But, the airline is not very strict with this rule. It allows you to bring an additional weight of up to 5 kgs at a rate of 10 Euros per kg. And, that is the maximum limit of 12 kg weight it allows.
Business Class passengers are entitled to 2 pieces of carry-on luggage of max 7 kgs each and size of each not exceeding 115 cms in dimensions. Further, an additional weight of the carry on of max 5 kgs would be permitted at a rate of 10 Euros per kg.
The carry on baggage can not be more than 2 pieces of 12 kilograms each.
The check-in baggage allowance depends on route and cabin class of travel. Sum of dimensions of each check in bag shall not be more than 158 cm and the weight shall not be more than 32 kg. The check-in baggage policy of the airline is essentially based on piece-system of weight.

There is no mention of the Premium Economy class in the above table. The check in baggage allowance for Premium Economy passengers are 2 pieces of luggage of 23 kgs each.
