Scoot Airlines Check-In and Boarding

You can check-in on Scoot Airlines in any one of the following ways. Each of these methods of checking in has its own advantages.

1. Airport Check-in

2. Online Check-in (Website)

3. Mobile App Check-in

Scoot Airport Counter Check in

The cut off time for the Scoot Airport check-in is: Opens 3 hours before and closes 60 minutes before departure of flight. You are required to be at the airport 120 minute before scheduled flight time.

Scoot Kiosk Check-in

Passengers can check-in using the kiosk from 18 hours to 70 minutes before flight departure time.

Kiosk check-in is not available for Jeddah bound flights from Singapore.

The kiosk check-in is not available for

• passengers requiring special assistance,

• those travelling with infants,

• unaccompanied minors,

• Passengers in group of 9 or more people,

• Multiple connecting flights

• Passengers travelling on MaxYourSpace bookings

Scoot Airlines Web Check In

Online or web check in opens 72 hours before and closes 1 hour before the scheduled departure time of flight.

It can be used only for flights departing from Singapore airport at present and that too without having any connections.

People who are not eligible to use online check-in facility are same as those who can not use kiosk to check-in.

How to do Scoot Web Check in?

1. Visit checkin.flyscoot.com

2. Provide booking reference, last name and departing airport.

3. Select passengers, flights  and baggage that has to be checked-in

4. Buy  additional baggage if needed and get extra seats

5. Provide additional passenger information

6. Get boarding pass by downloading it and printing it or get it emailed to yourself

Scoot Online Check-in with Check-in Baggage

You can check in online even when you are carrying the check-in baggage. However, you would be required to drop your check-in baggage at the designated counters at the airport after properly tagging these. The passengers are required to present themselves at the counter of airport at least 120 minutes before scheduled departure of flights.

Scoot Mobile App Check-in

All the activities which you can perform using the online check in facility can also be done using the mobile application of the Scoot airlines. The application can be downloaded for Android based phones from Google PlayStore and from Apple Store for iOS based phones.

Scoot-to-Gate Service

Once the online check-in is completed, you will be shown on your boarding pass whether you are eligible for Scoot-to-gate service of the airline or not.

It is available for those, who have:

1. Completed online check-in

2. Do not carry any check-in baggage

3. Do not require any check or validation of documents at the airport counter

BoardMeFirst- Scoot’s Priority Check-in Service

The priority check-in service of Scoot Airlines is called BoardMeFirst. This is a paid service and has to be bought. Once you avail of this service, you are eligible to use ScootBiz priority check-in facility.

Please note that the ScootBiz Priority Check-in counters are available only at select locations. These are not available at Lucknow, Male,  Langkawi, Macau SAR, Ipoh and Kalibo.
