As per the policy of Malaysia Airlines, the carrier will not invoke limitations clause in case of death, wounding or bodily injury to passengers. Similarly, the carrier will not invoke defence under the Convention if the compensation claim does not exceed SRDs 113,100. This holds true irrespective of whether claims are under the Convention or without it.
