GoAir is not to be held liable for loss of or damage to baggage in case there is delay of carriage of either passengers or baggage. Also, there is no liability in case of the fragile or perishable items.

In case of loss of baggage, liability of carrier is limited at Rs 200 per kg but there is an overall upper limit of Rs 4000.
