  • Miss the cut-off and boarding can be refused with no money back.
  • Airport check-in desks in Morocco close 60 minutes before departure, and all passengers departing Moroccan airports check in online and then collect a free boarding pass at the desk.
  • The airline suggests reaching the desk two hours early, which also applies if an online travel agency booking has to be verified there.

Online and airport check-in

  • Check in on the website or the myRyanair app and keep the digital boarding pass.
  • Not checked in online by the two-hour mark? The airport desk accepts you until 40 minutes before, for a fee.
  • Checked in online but cannot display the app pass? You get a free printed one.
  • Non-EU/EEA passengers whose visa documents are verified through the app get a boarding pass and no airport fee; if the app rejects or cannot scan documents after at least 3 tries, they check in and verify at the airport without the fee. Without trying before online check-in closes, the fee applies.
  • Minors under 16: add them to an adult's booking by making a separate booking and linking it; check both in online, then pick up proper boarding passes at the desk.
