- Only the cabin and whether the segment is continental or intercontinental count, and all members earn the same. Domestic flights inside Germany, Austria or Switzerland count as continental.
- Points come from Lufthansa Group airlines, co-issuing Miles and More partners and Star Alliance airlines; Qualifying Points and HON Circle Points are limited to Lufthansa Group and co-issuing partners, and HON Circle Points go only to Business and First tickets.
- A qualifying stay of two or more days at Marriott Bonvoy hotels gives 40 Points, up to 120 a year.
- Miles last 36 months from the activity, then lapse at quarter end; holding status or a Miles and More credit card (in some countries) protects them.
- Download the app and receive 500 miles. Further miles come from roughly 40 partner airlines, hotels and shops.
