flydubai offers online check-in, airport counters and kiosks, and a City Check-in service in Sharjah.

• Online check-in needs the booking reference and a passenger's last name, plus passport details. At some destinations you must still visit the counter for document checks and the boarding pass; this always applies with a wheelchair.
• Not available online from Aleppo, Ashgabat, Damascus, Dubrovnik, Salerno and Tivat, nor when the first flight is a codeshare or interline flight operated by another airline.
• Children under 12 must be with someone aged 16 or over on the same booking. Children from 12 travelling alone may check in online. Infants from 7 days old are accepted; younger ones are not.
• Dubai Terminal 2 bag drop: Economy desks 17 to 21; Business at the flydubai area near Entrance 3. Terminal 3: any Economy counter, or Business counters in areas F and J.
• City Check-in works for both DXB terminals but not for Tel Aviv flights, and bags can be dropped there after online check-in.
