I have a reservation from IAD to NBO, one segment is with UA Economy, and the remaining are in Business with TK, booked with AP.
Why the baggage allowance is 2x23 kgs instead of 2x32 kgs?
The baggage allowance for a multi-airline journey could depend on a number of factors and these could be different for both these airlines. Else, if the airlines agree to follow some rule or agreement provision, then the baggage allowance would depent on it. So, the air ticket will mention this clearly. Therefore, if this is 2 bags of 23 kg each, you need to check whether this is for whole itinerary or for the UA operated first segment only. Please call the airline local office for this confirmation.
Thank you in advance.

Objective of the Aeroplan program is to reward those passengers who fly frequently on Air Canada or make use of the services of its various alliance partners. There are specific ways in which the Aeroplan Miles can be earned as well as redeemed.
