An earlier version of this article carried a long table of lounge prices for individual airports, such as 1,000 rupees at Cochin and 800 at several other airports. We could not confirm any of those figures on IndiGo's current website, so we have removed them rather than leave prices that may be wrong.
What IndiGo's website shows now
- IndiGo's add-on services page lists seat selection, 6E Prime, Fast Forward, excess baggage and several other extras. Lounge access is not among the items on that list today.
- The fees and charges page, which sets out baggage, seat, cancellation, infant and other fees, does not include a lounge price table either.
How to find out whether you can use a lounge
- Check the add-on step when you book, and the extras shown under Manage booking, for a lounge option on your route.
- Ask the airport itself. Most lounges outside the airline sell day passes at the door, with prices that the operator sets.
- Look at your card or loyalty benefits. Many bank cards and travel programmes include lounge visits under their own terms, so check yours before paying at the door.
- If you buy a higher fare such as IndiGoStretch or Stretch+, read its fare conditions on IndiGo's page for lounge or priority benefits.
Other airport extras that are published
If your goal is a smoother airport experience, IndiGo does publish a price for Fast Forward (priority check-in and boarding): 650 rupees domestic and 850 rupees international at the airport, with pre-booking discounts of up to 70%. See our guide to IndiGo add-on services.
