      You shall arrive at airport at least 60 minutes before flight time. Since you have only one carry-on, you can do online check-in.

      There is no free baggage allowance for Lite fare passengers. For other economy fares, you are allowed 1 check in bag of u to 23 kg. Cabin allowance is of 7 kg weight of 1 cabin bag and 1 personal item.

    I have an electric scooter how do I check it in it has a lithium battery and weights 20k with battery manhy thanks Mrs j craig

      If this scooter is required by you as a personal mobility aid, only then it is allowed to be carried. Battery shall not be more than 160Wh power. If the battery could be removed and carried separately, then it is to be taken in the cabin. Otherwise also, you need to turn off the scooter and remove the key. It shall be packed in such a manner that it does not get activated. Virgin Australia can be contacted on their customer support number to know better about the process of packing it in a safe manner.
