Wheelchairs and disabilities
- Submit the request at least 48 hours before the flight and have it confirmed in your booking. Later requests are met as far as possible, without a guarantee.
- Arrive at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international ones, whether or not you checked in online.
- Stretcher travel needs a companion on a separate ticket and a medical report in Turkish or English issued within 10 days before the flight; request it at least 48 hours ahead and pay the airline's fare.
- Sign language support is offered through the video call centre.
- At Istanbul Airport use the dedicated counters G40 to G43 (international) or D17 to D22 (domestic).
Pregnancy
- Pregnant passengers cannot be carried from the start of week 36 of a single pregnancy, or from the start of week 32 of a multiple pregnancy.
Children travelling alone
- 2 to under 7
- A cabin crew member may escort the child, for a fee, at the parent's request
- 7 to under 12
- May travel alone with a written Unaccompanied Minor Passenger Carriage Authorization; the parent waits at the airport until departure
- Check the country's border authority rules for passengers under 12 and 18. At check-in the child's legal representative signs documents.
- Fees depend on the route and zone and can be paid at the airport; the service depends on seat availability. The fee list is for information and may change.
