- Elite Status is earned with Elite Status Points; the help centre mentions Elite Platinum and Elite Diamond, and Elite Status Points expire.
- Diamond Elite members can get a refund for cancelling at least 24 hours before departure.
- Discount Den is a membership with a subscription; its help pages include Kids Fly Free.
- Frontier Airlines World Mastercard cardholders receive a free checked bag benefit.
