Check-in and changes
- Store boarding passes in the app or print them; a PDF scan on a phone cannot be scanned at security. If you change your booking, for instance by adding hold luggage, check in again and get a new pass.
- If you have problems online, ask ground crew at the airport before the bag drop closing time.
- Most booking changes can be made online up to 2 hours before departure, or at the airport up to 60 minutes before (90 minutes for flights from Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco and Serbia).
- Families: check in early, ideally by 7 days before, so seats can be allocated together.
