Delta is a founding member of SkyTeam and has joint ventures with several partners. On a partner flight, the operating airline's own rules apply to baggage, check-in and children travelling alone.

SkyTeam

• Members: Aerolineas Argentinas, Aeromexico, Air Europa, Air France, China Airlines, China Eastern, Delta Air Lines, Garuda Indonesia, Kenya Airways, KLM, Korean Air, Middle East Airlines, SAS, Saudia, TAROM, Vietnam Airlines, Virgin Atlantic and Xiamen Airlines; Aeroflot is shown as suspended.
• The alliance connects 945+ destinations in 145+ countries. Medallion members get SkyTeam Elite (Silver) or Elite Plus (Gold and above), priority baggage handling and lounge access on eligible flights.

Partners

• Delta's news site names Aeromexico, Air France-KLM, China Eastern, Korean Air, LATAM, Virgin Atlantic and WestJet as partners.
• Miles are earned with airline partners; see the SkyMiles earning page for each airline.
• Children's solo-travel bookings can also be made on Air France, KLM and Aeromexico, whose own fees apply if they fly the first leg.
• Delta's own network spans more than 300 destinations on six continents, around the Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis-St. Paul and Salt Lake City connecting hubs, and coastal hubs at New York JFK and LaGuardia, Boston, Seattle and Los Angeles.
