easyJet tickets are non-refundable unless its terms say otherwise, but you can change the details of a booking for a fee. The amounts below are from the UK version of easyJet's fees and charges page and are in pounds, per passenger and per flight. The airline says changes cost less online or in the app than through its customer services team.
Changing your flight

- If the new flight costs more you pay the difference. If it costs less you get no credit.

Cancelling
If you cancel the whole booking within 24 hours of buying it, easyJet refunds everything, including extras bought directly from it such as bags and seats, minus a cancellation fee of £49 online or £55 through customer services. A used Flex Pass is not refunded.
Flex Pass
For £14 per passenger on each flight, Flex Pass lets you change that flight once without a change fee. The fare difference still applies if the new flight costs more.
Missed your flight?
If you reach the airport no later than two hours after your scheduled departure, you can transfer to the next available flight by paying a rescue fee of £110 per passenger, paid at the airport.
Other points
- Paying by credit or debit card carries no fee, and easyJet adds no fuel or airport charge.
- An infant on your lap is charged £25 for each flight.
- Group bookings made through the contact centre cost £20 per passenger on each flight.
