The time you need between landing and your next departure is called the minimum connection time. Air Canada will not sell a connection that is shorter than this. The times below are for Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge and Air Canada Express flights operated by Jazz. Partner airlines may need different times. "International" means any city outside Canada and the US. All times are minutes or hours between landing and the next departure.

Tips
- These are the minimum. Allow more for a first visit to a big airport or if you must change terminals.
- If you have a separate ticket for the second flight, the airline does not protect the connection.
- For check-in and boarding deadlines see Air Canada check-in.
