- Zurich: desks at Check-in 1 in the departure hall and Check-in 3 in the Airport Centre; self-service bag drop machines at Zurich and Geneva.
- Business and First passengers, and Miles and More top-tier customers, have separate desks. Miles and More Platinum credit card holders can use First Class desks at Check-in 1 on SWISS-operated flights.
- Online check-in needs your name and booking reference or ticket number, a Travel ID sign-in and your travel documents.
- If you have special needs, tell staff at least 90 minutes before check-in closes.
