Scoot offers online and app check-in, kiosks and airport counters. Arrive at least 120 minutes before departure.

48 hoursbefore departure when online and app check-in open

Key times

Online or Scoot app check-in: From 48 hours to 1.5 hours before departure
Kiosk check-in: As early as 18 hours before departure, followed by automatic bag drop; not at every airport
Counters: Open 3 hours before on B787 flights and 2.5 hours before on A320, A321 and E190-E2 flights; close 60 minutes before departure

Times may be adjusted to meet local authority rules. At Singapore Changi, Scoot counters are at Terminal 1.
Online check-in is not available for multi-city bookings, bookings with special assistance (wheelchairs, extra seats, visual or hearing impairments), connections on partner airlines, standby or staff duty travel, pending Upgrade2Plus or Bid4ScootPlus requests, pregnant guests, or guests with infants. It is also unavailable on some flights, for example Singapore to Jeddah and departures from Shenyang, Xi'an, Haikou, Nanning and Kunming.
Web check-in works for e-ticket numbers starting 618 or 668 on round trips from the same origin. Start at checkin.flyscoot.com with the booking reference and last name.
Mobile boarding passes are available for departures from Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Japan, Greece and Germany, and from some other stations.

When does online check-in open?

48 hours before departure.

When do counters close?

60 minutes before departure.

I am going to travel from HKG to DPS via SIN by SQ and Scoot for the sector from SIN -DPS. I am trying to online check in SIN/DPS but was told I could do it at SIN airport with at least 120m before departure. But it clearly states that all Scoot flights departing from SIN can check in over Web or App. May I know if I can check in at the transit deck in air side within restricted area or I need to clear custom and get my baggage and check in at the departure hall at SIN airport. need your urgent adv pls
