How it works
- XP come from flying KLM, Air France or partner airlines. The amount depends on the travel class and the distance of the flight.
- Reaching the XP total moves you up automatically. To keep a level you must earn the same XP within a 12-month qualification period; your account shows your balance and end date.
- Silver and Gold members get one free extra checked bag, and Platinum and Ultimate two, on flights with KLM and selected partners.
