Wheelchairs and disability help

  • Book early and add a Special Service Request (SSR) when booking online or in the app, or on an existing booking: adding one costs nothing. Also tell airport crew what you need.
  • You can add a wheelchair under Traveler Details in Manage Trips before check-in.
  • On board, an individual safety briefing is offered to anyone who needs help reaching an exit or cannot receive the standard briefing. Crew help stow and retrieve carry-on and assistive devices, open food and drink packaging, and assist to and from the lavatory entrance, including the aisle chair. They cannot help inside the lavatory or with eating.
  • Mobility and assistive devices that do not fit in the cabin are checked free if the passenger depends on them.
