Special baggage

Sports equipment

Up to 32 kg and 292 cm in total dimensions. Equipment over 158 cm may attract excess baggage fees; no oversize fee applies up to 292 cm.

Golf

Even a single club is not allowed in the cabin. Pack clubs in a dedicated hard case, or damage is not compensated. In economy one golf bag plus one bag up to 23 kg total counts as one checked piece; over 23 kg up to 32 kg it is one piece with an overweight fee; over 32 kg it counts as two. In First and Prestige a golf bag plus one bag up to 32 kg counts as one piece.

Skis and snowboards

Charged per bag, with the same economy and First waiver rules as golf (1 bag plus 1 bag, 23 kg and 32 kg thresholds).

Scuba diving equipment

An empty air tank plus one equipment bag counts under the same rules, per bag. The tank must be completely empty and securely packed.

Bicycles

One bicycle counts as one checked piece within 292 cm, packed in a hard case with padding, handle fixed and pedals removed. Motorised bicycles, scooters, motorcycles and jet skis cannot be checked.

Surfboards and other boards

Fins removed and securely packed. Same no-oversize-fee limit of 292 cm. Windsurfing and kitesurfing equipment and fishing rods in a bag follow the same rule; a rod bag plus an equipment bag counts as one piece if the combined weight fits the allowance.

Musical instruments

Up to 115 cm free in the cabin. Over that, buy a seat through the Service Center. As checked baggage, a hard case is required, you sign a Limitation of Liability form at check-in, and instruments over 203 cm and 32 kg must go on their own seat or by freight.

Electric wheelchairs and valuables
