You are allowed 2 bags of 23 kg each as your check in baggage. You have three check in bags to carry, including that of TV. This will make you pay excess baggage charges. You will have to pay USD 150 as excess baggage charges for carrying third baggage.

It will be taken as a part of check in baggage only. Your allowance is 2 bags of 23 kg each. If it is one these bags and within the weight and dimension limits, then it can be allowed free.
